Refund policy
What Can Be Returned?
- Customized Pre-Order items are non-returnable.
- Only products in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact) are eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return Eligible Products
For Orders Delivered Within India:
- To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@pinkleaf.in within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- If your area does not have reverse pickup service, you’ll need to ship the product back at your own cost to:

- We offer reverse pickup at ₹129 per item wherever serviceable.
For Orders Delivered Outside India:
- Please email us at support@pinkleaf.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery at the address mentioned above.
- You may use any international courier or send it through friends/family visiting India.
- Return shipping and any Indian customs charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, the product will go through a quality check.
- If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit, which has lifetime validity and can be used across multiple purchases.
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
Faulty or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure product quality. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@pinkleaf.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include your order number and clear images of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Other Policies
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
- Once a product is used, we cannot assess its durability, as usage varies by individual.
- Product colors may differ slightly from images due to professional photography and screen resolution differences.
- If any item is missing from your package, please notify us at support@pinkleaf.in within 24 hours of delivery for investigation.
